An ASA Ad Award 2018 winning project, CU Centenary Park is a public park occupying the space of 28 Rai, connecting Chulalongkorn University with Suanluang and Samyan areas. With the ‘urban forest’ concept, the park is a specially designed construct wetland with rain garden, retention pond and underground water drainage system.

The design of the new office of Dhanarak Asset Development Co.,Ltd is based on the figurine of Vayupak, a mythical animal that is also the symbol of the Ministry of Finance and the Treasury Department. The architecture is conceived to be a sustainable building with energy-efficient and eco-friendly innovations.

Australian Embassy Thailand

Designed by prominent Australian architect

Mr. James Grose, of BVN Architecture firm, the new building of Australian Embassy Bangkok will be as iconic as that on South Sathorn. Inspired by features of the Australian landscape, its striking red exterior is reminiscent of the rocks of Australia’s central desert and the traditional ‘itt mon daeng’ Thai brick, used extensively in Thai temples.

KASIKORN Business-Technology Group (KBTG)

LEED NC - PLATINUM
