ชาติเฉลิม เกลียวปฏินนท์ จบการศึกษาจากคณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร และ Architectural Association สหราชอาณาจักร ในปี พ.ศ.2542 ชาติเฉลิมก่อตั้งสำนักงานออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรม ขนุนสตูดิโอ (กรุงเทพมหานคร) ผลงานการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมของขนุนสตูดิโอมีสเกลที่หลากหลาย และแสดงให้เห็นถึง การใส่ใจถึงรายละเอียดในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน ขนุนสตูดิโอเป็นหนึ่งในสถาปนิกไทยรุ่นใหม่ที่สร้างสรรค์ผลงานโดย คำนึงถึงการผสมผสานระหว่างการออกแบบพื้นที่ทางสถาปัตยกรรมที่มีอยู่ในโลกปัจจุบันให้เข้ากับสถาปัตยกรรมที่สร้าง ในบริบทของประเทศไทย ขนุนสตูดิโอส่งผลงานเข้าร่วมการประกวดแบบอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผลงานที่ทำชื่อเสียงให้กับ ขนุนสตูดิโอคือ ผลงานที่ชนะการประกวดแบบหมู่บ้านเด็กสภากาชาดไทยจังหวัดนครปฐมในปี พ.ศ. 2549
Based in Bangkok, Kanoon Studio is founded by Chartchalerm Klieopatinon in 1999. Studied architecture at Silpakorn University, Klieopatinon continued his architectural education at the Architectural Association, London, before coming back to Thailand to established his own office. As an architectural design firm, Kanoon Studio has offered various design solutions for projects of varying scales. Entering various design competitions since 1999, Kanoon Studio won the first prize for Red Cross Children Village, Nakorn-prathom in 2006. Known for its simple but meticulous design vision, Kanoon Studio has become a representative for the new generation of Thai architects who bridge the gap between global and local practice, offering designs that are at once universal and particular to specific contextual demands.
