The Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage invites all eligible architects and people to participate in ASA Architectural Design Awards 2018
1. วัตถุประสงค์ OBJECTIVE
1. เพื่อสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมที่มีคุณภาพดีเยี่ยมซึ่งมี คุณค่าต่อผู้คน สภาพแวดล้อม และสังคม
To promote and encourage the creation of excellent architecture that is valuable to people, environment, and society.
2. เพื่อให้เกียรติยกย่องสานักงานสถาปนิกหรือสถาปนิกอิสระ สถาปนิกทุกคนที่มีส่วนสาคัญใน การร่วมทางานออกแบบโครงการนั้น และทีมผู้ออกแบบในสาขาอื่นที่ร่วมทางานออกแบบ โครงการนั้น
To honor and recognize architecture rms, freelance architects, all the substantial architects who worked on the project, and the other design consultants involving in designing the project.
3. เพื่อเผยแพร่ผลงานออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมที่มีคุณภาพดีเยี่ยมต่อสาธารณะชนซึ่งจะช่วย เสริมสร้างความรู้และความเข้าใจของผู้ใช้บริการของสถาปนิกและความรู้ความเข้าใจ และการเห็น ต่อสาธารณะชนเกี่ยวกับคุณค่าและประโยชน์ของงานออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมที่มีคุณภาพดีซึ่งมีผล ต่อการพัฒนาความเป็นอยู่ของชีวิตผู้คน
To publicize the creation of excellent architecture to the public in order to enhance their knowledge, understanding, and appreciation in the value and bene t of that creation which impacts quality of life.
2. คุณสมบัติของผลงานที่มีสิทธิ์ส่งเข้าคัดเลือก PROJECT ELIGIBILITY
1. ผู้มีสิทธิส่งผลงานเข้าร่วมคัดเลือก จะต้องเป็นผู้ที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตเป็นผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพ สถาปัตยกรรมควบคุม หรือนิติบุคลที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตเป็นผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพสถาปัตยกรรมควบคุม ประเภทนิติบุคคล หรือบุคคลทั่วไปที่ออกแบบอาคารไดต้ามที่กฎหมายอนุญาต
Project must be designed and submitted by any registered architect or registered architectural rm or anyone who is not a registered architect as regulations allowed.
2. เป็นผลงานที่อยู่ในประเทศไทย หรือ ต่างประเทศ
Project can be in Thailand or abroad.
3. ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าคัดเลือกจะต้องเสร็จสมบูรณ์และเปิดใช้อาคารแล้ว ก่อนวันที่ผลงานเข้าคัดเลือก
Project must be completed and fully in operation before the date on which the awards will be conferred.
4. ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าคัดเลือกจะต้องไม่เคยส่งเข้ารับการคัดเลือกสถาปัตยกรรมดีเด่นของ สมาคม สถาปนิกสยามฯ
Project must have never been submitted for ASA Architectural Design Awards.
5. ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าคัดเลือกจะต้องได้รับการอนุญาตจากเจ้าของอาคารให้ส่งเข้ารับการคัดเลือก
Project must have the owner’s permission to be submitted.
6. ผลงานทีส่งเข้าคัดเลือกจะต้องให้เครดิตสถาปนิกทุกคนและทีมผู้ออกแบบในสาขาอื่นๆที่มีส่วนสาคัญในการร่วมทางานออกแบบนั้น
Project must credit every substantial contributor: architecture rm or the freelance architect, substantial architects in the team (if any), and other design consultants.
หมายเหตุ : ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าคัดเลือกท่ีไม่ระบุข้อมูลตามข้อกาหนด สมาคมฯขอสงวนสิทธิ ไม่พิจารณาผลงาน
Submission materials which do not comply with any of these requirements shall be disquali ed.
3. ขั้นตอนการส่งผลงาน และข้อมูลที่จะต้องส่ง SUBMISSION PROCEDURE AND MATERIALS
การคัดเลือกผลงานรางวัลการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรม แบ่งเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้
ขั้นตอนที่ 1 พิจารณาคัดเลือกผลงานจากผู้ส่งผลงานเข้าร่วมประกวดทั้งหมด
Stage One: Submission for shortlist selection.
ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การเข้าเยี่ยมชมโครงการ ณ สถานที่จริง และการคัดเลือกขั้นสุดท้าย

แบบสถาปัตยกรรมสีหรือขาว-ดา ประกอบด้วย แผนผังที่ตั้ง ผังบริเวณ ผังพื้น

ในกรณี ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าคัดเลือกเป็นอาคารที่มีการดัดแปลงหรือต่อเติมจะต้อง จัดส่งภาพถ่ายเปรียบเทียบก่อนและหลังดัดแปลงอาคารพร้อมคาอธิบายภาพIn case of refurbished project, project images should be before and after images with captions placed side by side. These requirements are minimum. Each image must be minimum 300 dpi.
D) จัดส่งภาพถ่ายเป็นไฟล์ JPG ขนาดความละเอียดอย่างน้อย 300 dpi

E) วีดีโอเกี่ยวกับโครงการ ขนาดความยาวไม่เกิน 5 นาที นาเสนอทิวทัศน์ภายนอกอาคารซึ่งรวมถึง สภาพแวดล้อมที่เกี่ยวข้องและทิวทัศนภ์ ายในอาคาร ในส่วนที่สาคัญทั้งหมดรวมถึงจุดเด่นของ โครงการ เพื่อเป็นการให้ข้อมูลที่ชัดเจนแก่ คณะกรรมการคัดเลือก โดยวิดีโอนี้ ไม่จาเป็นต้อง เป็นวีดีโอที่จัดทาโดยมืออาชีพ
Not more than 5 minutes video le of the submitted project’s exterior views
of all parts with relevant context and interior views of all signi cant spaces-for the sake of providing clear information to the Jury Panel Members, no need to be a professional video.
ข้อกาหนดเอกสารประกอบ
Printed Materials:
F) คณะกรรมการคัดเลือกฯ อย่างน้อย 1 ท่าน จะเข้าเยี่ยมชมโครงการที่อยู่ในประเทศไทย ณ สถานที่จริง เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม โดยบุคคลที่ติดต่อของแต่ละโครงการจะต้องประสานกับ เจ้าของอาคารเพื่อการเตรียมการสาหรับการเข้าเยี่ยมชมโครงการดังกล่าว คณะกรรมการ คัดเลือกอาจเชิญสถาปนิก หรือผู้ออกแบบโครงการ มาตอบคาถามใน กรณีที่มีที่กรุงเทพ
Printed data of c. mounted on 5 mm. thick white foam board without a frame.
The shortlisted projects in Thailand shall be visited by at least one of the Jury Panel Members and the Awards Committee to collect additional data. Each contact person of the shortlisted projects in Thailand shall be required to coordinate with the project owner to make arrangement for the visit.
If required by the Jury Panel Members, any shortlisted project participant may be asked to meet the Jury Panel Members in Bangkok to answer any question the Jury Panel Members have.
ข้อกำหนดสาหรับข้อมูลผลงาน Requirements for All Submission Materials:
ข้อมูลผลงานที่จะต้องส่งทั้งหมดจะต้องนาเสนอเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
All submission materials shall be in English.
ในข้อมูลผลงานที่จะต้องส่งทั้งข้อมูล c., d., e., and f.จะต้องไม่มีการเปิดเผยชื่อผู้ออกแบบในทุก ข้อมูลผลงานการคัดเลือกครั้งนี้เป็นการส่งงานเข้าคัดเลือกแบบไม่ เปิดเผยชื่อผู้ออกแบบ ผู้ส่งผลงานต้องเป็นผู้มีลิขสิทธิ์ที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ในผลงานที่ส่งเข้าคัดเลือก
This is anonymous awards selection. Anonymity should appear in all submission material c., d., e., and f. The participant making the submission must have legal rights and copyrights of all the submission materials.
ผลงานทั้งหมดหรือส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดที่ส่งเข้าร่วมคัดเลือกจะต้องเป็นผลงานที่ไม่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์งานหรือ สิทธิทางทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของผู้อื่น หากได้ถูกตรวจสอบว่าผลงานดังกล่าวละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ให้ถือเป็น ความรับผิดชอบของผู้ส่งผลงานและหากได้รับการคัดเลือกจะถือเป็นโมฆะ
All responsibility for infringement of the copyrights or intellectual property rights will be borne by the participant; in the case of such infringement by the awarded project, the award shall be revoked.
สมาคมฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่พิจารณาผลงานที่ไม่ทาตามข้อกาหนดหากตรวจสอบว่าข้อมูลที่ให้เป็นข้อมูล ไม่ถูกต้องทางสมาคมฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่อาจจะไม่พิจารณาผลงานดังกล่าว และหากได้รับการคัดเลือก จะถือเป็นโมฆะ
Submission materials which do not comply with any of these requirements shall be disquali ed. Any misinformation may result in disquali ed.

การคัดเลือกรางวัลการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมน้ีให้การเชิดชูคณะผู้ออกแบบโครงการ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย
The ASA Architectural Design Awards recognizes the project team consisting of:
1. สถาปนิก : The Architects
2. ที่ปรึกษา และผู้เชียวชาญด้านต่างๆ ที่ร่วมออกแบบ : The Design Consultants and Specialists
สมาคมจะมอบรางวัลให้กับผลงานออกแบบที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกเป็นผลงานรางวัลการออกแบบ สถาปัตยกรรม ดังต่อไปนี้
Each awarded project will receive the ASA Architectural Design Award as follows:
1. ประกาศนียบัตรสาหรับสานักงานสถาปนิก หรือสถาปนิกอิสระ
One certi cate for the architectural rm or freelance architect. 2. ประกาศนียบัตรสาหรับคณะผู้ออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมแต่ละคน
One certi cate for each member of the architectural design team.
3. ประกาศนียบัตรสาหรับท่ีปรึกษาด้านการออกแบบและผู้เช่ียวชาญต่างๆที่ร่วมออกแบบ
One certi cate for each of other design consultants and specialists.
4. โล่รางวัลสาหรับเจ้าของอาคาร
One wall plaque for the project owner.
6. การจัดแสดงผลงาน EXHIBITION
สมาคมสถาปนิกสยามฯจะจัดแสดงผลงานที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกในงานสถาปนิก’61 ณ ศูนย์แสดงสินค้า และการประชุมอิมแพค เมืองทองธานี ระหว่างวันท่ี 1-6พฤษภาคม 2561
The Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage will exhibit all awarded projects at the Architect Expo 2018 during 1-6 May 2018 at IMPACT Muangthong Thani.
7. สิทธิในทรัพย์สินและสิทธิในการนาผลงานที่ส่งเข้าคัดเลือกไปจัดแสดงประชาสัมพันธ์เผยแพร่และ ทำสำเนา
PROPERTY RIGHTS AND EXHIBITION, PUBLICATION, AND REPRODUCTION RIGHTS OF SUBMISSION MATERIALS
ผลงานและเอกสารประกอบที่ส่งเข้าร่วมประกวดทั้งหมดถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์และสิทธิตามกฎหมายของ สมาคมสถาปนิกสยาม ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ โดยสมาคมฯ สามารถเก็บรักษาผลงานไว้และนาผลงาน ดังกล่าวไปจัดแสดง เผยแพร่ และตีพิมพ์ลงในสื่อต่างๆ ได้ โดยไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าชดเชยใดๆ
In making the submission, the participant shall acknowledge that the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage shall reserve the rights to retain, exhibit, publish, or repro- duce the submission materials without paying any compensation to any person.
ทางสมาคมฯ จะแจ้งให้ผู้ส่งผลงานเข้าร่วมคัดเลือกมารับเอกสารกลับคืน ภายหลังประกาศผลการ คัดเลือก หากเจ้าของผลงานไม่มารับคืนผลงายภายในเวลาที่กาหนด สมาคมฯ ถือว่าเจ้าของผลงาน สละสิทธิ์ความเป็นเจ้าของในผลงานนั้นๆ ซึ่งสมาคมฯ จะดาเนินการตามที่เห็นสมควรต่อไป
The shortlisted project participant will be informed in writing to collect the submission materi- als by The Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage within a speci ed time period, after which they will be disposed of.
8. รางวัล AWARDS CEREMONY
ผลงานที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกให้ได้สถาปัตยกรรม สมาคมฯจะกราบบังคมทูลขอพระราชทานเข้าเฝ้ารับ พระราชทานกิตติบัตรจากสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี และโล่ประกาศเกียรติ คุณ จารึกพระราชลัญจกร สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาสยามบรมราชกุมารี
The Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage will respectfully request for Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s permission to allow all awardee to receive certi - cates and plaques from Her Royal Highness.
